The Colibri Ammonia Absorption Plants are using different heat sources like waste heat, steam, hot water or exhaust gases to produce cold. The Colibri absorption technology covers a refrigeration temperature range from 0°C till -60°C with a cooling capacity of 150 kW up to several MW.

Saving energy and reducing costs
Saving energy with efficient technology: it is possible to satisfy a large cooling demand, recovering the thermal energy of exhaust gases or engine cooling water.
Reducing costs and upgrading reliability: Colibri makes use of technology which has proved its reliability and low maintenance during more than 25 years in the ammonia absorption field. This makes us able to achieve a higher reliability with our absorption chillers than conventional compressor chillers. And at the same time with a substantial reduction of maintenance.
